Default Extraterrestrial Schumann Resonance

Greetings grandchildren on oorthaa (planet Earth)…

The Earth's surface is surrounded by a dielectric atmosphere. A dielectric is a medium that has a very low conductance (G) or a very high resistance (R) to electrical conduction. The Earth's dielectric atmosphere(s) comprise the troposphere, stratosphere, and mesosphere. Moreover, the ionosphere comprises a portion of the mesosphere and extends throughout the thermosphere and exosphere. The ionosphere appears to be the best known and most talked about layer surrounding the Earth because of its natural conductance. Between the sphere-shaped surface of Earth and the ionosphere is a dielectric space for creating resonant conditions. For instance, in electronics, crystal oscillator circuits work in this manner, but at relatively higher frequencies. The potential difference or electrical pressure within the dielectric space between the Earth’s surface and ionosphere is approximately 250,000 volts, which is sustained by a unique and dynamic balance between losses in the fair weather atmosphere and thunderstorm generators (Rycroft et al., 2000).


Schumann resonances occur when the space between the earth’s surface and ionosphere is stimulated by naturally occurring broadband electromagnetic radiation (Simoes et al., 2008). The development of Schumann resonances occurs if the equatorial circumference closely approximates an integral number of wavelengths of the propagating electromagnetic wave (Simoes et al., 2008). Moreover, Schumann resonances (i.e., extremely low frequencies or ELF) pertain to the forces at work in the dielectric space between the Earth’s surface and ionosphere, in which lightning and thunderstorm activity play a role as natural electromagnetic sources on Earth. When people are asked about Schumann resonances, their responses are often limited to Earthly phenomena. However, there is a question that I must ask the audience.

What about other planetary environments? Do Schumann resonances (ELF) exist in other planetary environments within our immediate solar system and beyond?

There is an invitation into the prospects of extraterrestrial Schumann resonances as a means to explore and to expand our knowledge into the inner workings of planetary environments. According to Simoes et al. (2008):

The study of extraterrestrial Schumann resonances [italics added] is an efficient way to investigate the electrical properties of surface-ionosphere cavities elsewhere in the solar system. ELF radio wave propagation models can contribute to improvements of our knowledge of planetary atmospheric electricity wherever, and whenever, they can be validated against in situ measurements (p. 469).
The prospect for extraterrestrial Schumann resonances may rest in the measurement characteristics of planetary environments or cavities i.e. the space between a planet's surface and its ionosphere, that if it has one. Simoes et al. lists several planetary/satellite cavity characteristics that would benefit from the studies of their Schumann resonance measurements.
  • Venus—lightning detection, identification of the electric field maximum expected at an altitude of about 32 km, assessment of frequency line splitting, and global electric circuit;
  • Mars—triboelectricity phenomena induced by dust, climate variability, global electric circuit, and monitoring of the sporadic low ionospheric layer;
  • Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune—monitoring of lightning activity and quantification of global water content of the gaseous envelopes;
  • Titan—validation of the Huygens Probe measurements, monitoring of the global electric environment, studies of the interaction with the magnetosphere of Saturn, and investigations of substrate dielectric properties and of the buried ocean.

I just wanted to implant a thought into this missive...So bare with me...

On Earth, there are several factors that influence the Schumann cavity (electromagnetic oscillations). One of these factors is charged dust grains, which are present in interstellar bodies and the atmosphere of comets. Dust concentration and the affects dust grains have on the resonance frequencies (eigen-frequencies) of a system (e.g., Earth or Mars) are two mechanisms that have the potential to enrich or boost the energy capacity in a planetary/satellite cavity.

During daylight, the natural background frequency of the planet Earth echoes in the range of alpha-waves (7.8-13 cps) and beta-waves (13-30 cps). As you know, thunderstorm lightning discharges excite and arouse Schumann resonances or electromagnetic oscillations. These discharges occur in a perpendicular fashion from cloud-to-ground and within clouds, especially during cumulonimbus cloud formations. Take note that lightning bolts appear as flashes of light as the return stroke propagates from the surface up to the cloud.

However, the return stroke is preceded by the displacement of the stepped leader and the dart leader (traveling from the cloud to the surface) that creates the path or the way (paa taraq) for the return stroke to follow. When human beings expire in this world, the soul experiences the process of leaving or exiting as that of the manifestation of lighting. So is the same way as entering (materializing) into this Schumann cavity.

Traveling to the heavens is a natural phenomenon. The field of rushes or reeds is a real place. The principle of lightning is part of a natural technology that our crafts or shams employ for interplanetary and stellar travel, provided the planet or satellite (moon) has an active ionosphere.
