Default The Raising of Djed

Greetings everyone,

Today, I am presenting a few frescos and/or murals from Bonampak and Abydos that show a similar act or function in SMAT. First, the fresco to the left is a depiction of a person embracing a ceremonial object of some kind. This person is shown in his regalia as a jaguar (balaam/oceotl) while standing on his totem, which is also depicted as a jaguar. Second, the center mural shows Sety-Mery-En-Ptah, founder of the 19th dynasty, embracing the object Djed. He is receiving assistance in erecting stability, continuity, and regeneration during his reign as Divine Priest-King. Third, the mural to the right is a depiction of a person who is also embracing a ceremonial object. This person is shown in his regalia as a feathered snake (chan) while standing on his totem, which is also shown as a snake.

The Djed, Djet, or Uadjt, from an ancient meso-American perspective, is a characterization of the world tree (wak chan). On the flanks of the Sety mural, one can see the entities are wearing their ceremonial emblems and robes of royalty or high office. For instance, the Jaguar or Leopard skins are cognizant of the sem and waab priest of ancient Egypt. Moreover, the serpent and the Bird (e.g., hawk, falcon, or condor) are cognizant of the royalty and nobility. The establishment of the world tree (wak chan) was an important function and ceremony to the priesthood and royalty of ancient Mexico. In ancient Egypt, the raising the world tree (Djet) was important as well; for the establishment of continuity and stability on Earth guaranteed potency for the Divine Priest-King.

You rise for yourself, O still of heart! You shine for yourself, O still of heart! You place yourself on your side. I have come, and brought you a Djed of gold, that you may rejoice with it (Papyrus of Ani, #57).

Default The Raising of Djed

Greetings once again,

I would like to complement this correspondence with my interpretation of the Djed, which is synonymous with the world tree of ancient meso-America. The term used for the world tree is Wak Chan or Wak Kan. It may be translated as "raised sky" or "raised serpent." The latter brings to mind the Biblical books John chapter 3 verses 14-15 and Numbers 21 verses 4-9. In the book of John, for instance, it states that the Son of Man is to be lifted up in the same manner that Moses had lifted up the copper serpent in the wilderness. Is this a reference to the raising up of the Djed pillar? Take note that the copper-containing enzyme tyrosinase (TYR gene) is the catalyst in melanin production. In addition, we learn in the book of Numbers that Moses was commanded to place a copper serpent on a pole to save the lives of the people who were bitten by the Seraph Nakhash (firey snakes). Today, the entwined serpent on a pole is an ensign for healing and medicine. The "raised serpent" or Wak Kan is symbolic of the act Moses did for the people in the wilderness, which later became an ensign for medicine (eternal life) and for the fulfillment of prophecy in the New Testament-the raising of the Messiah (Egyptian Meseh, Babylonian Mus-hus) or Christ (Karast).

Mathematically, the term Wak Kan translates into six (wak) and four (kan). Together, the integers presents itself as 64. It is the number of permutations revealed by four different nucleotides taken three at a time. The term quadity means four. But the trinity comes from the quadity to express the 64 codes in genetics. The ancient Egyptians always partitioned the Nazdiru (ntrw) in groups of threes. This is the same manner in which I had partitioned the Nubian Number (Nine to the Ninth Power of Nine) in 1999 AD. The seventh triplet 618, for example, is associated with the letter G, which presents a quadity (618-G). Its complement is the twentieth triplet 315 (seventh coming in from the right). It is associated with the letter T, which transforms it into a quadity (315-T). Not only are the triplets cognizant of PHI and PI respectively, but also the information received is that "G" is symbolic of the whirling power of spirit (energy) and that "T" is the tool used to ground its vast mystical potential. Hence, the application, from a mathematical overtone, is Wak Kan (64 codons, raised sky, or raised serpent).
